The States MX Universal Quick Adjust Clutch lever & perch is a budget priced lever & perch assembly. It will fit the majority of dirt & enduro motorcycles and provides all the features of the more expensive assemblies. Features on the fly clutch adjustment, rotator clamp with plastic insert to allow movement around the bar in the event of a crash.
