What shipping options are available to me?

Customer orders are sent to their nominated shipping address via the following shipping options available at check out;

Standard Post - Australia Post Parcel Post     *$13.00      Australia wide delivery on smaller parts orders.

Express Post - Australia Post Express Post     *+$6.00     Surcharge

Pick Up In Store - Collection                                   This option should only be used if you are able to pick up the items in person. If selecting this option, the express post surcharge will not apply as we are unable to expedite items arriving from suppliers to our store.

*PLEASE NOTE: LARGE AND / OR HEAVY PARTS MAY INCUR EXTRA POSTAGE CHARGES. If you are unsure whether your parts fall under this category, you can submit a cart quote from the shopping cart page and one of our team members will respond with a shipping estimate and item availability. Larger / heavier orders may be sent via StarTrack.

We are no longer offering combined orders using the 'Pick Up In Store' option as of 08.04.2022. All orders must have postage paid unless being collected in person.

How can I keep track of my delivery?

All our items are sent as registered parcels and tracking numbers will be emailed with dispatch notifications once an order has been completed.

 

Can I pick up my order from Blue City Motorcycles?

Customers are able to collect orders in store during business hours once they receive the 'ready for pickup' notification through the website. Customers picking up items in store will not incur any postage charges.

 

Am I able to order batteries, oils or sprays through Blue City Motorcycles?

Unfortunately, due to these being classed as dangerous goods, we are unable to send these items at this point in time. In store customers will still be able to order batteries, oils etc. online for collection in store.

 

Can you ship orders internationally?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer overseas shipping at this point in time.

Parts listed on bluecitymotorcycycles.com.au are subject to supplier or in-store stock availability.

Non-stocked items are ordered direct from the manufacturer within 48 hours of the order being recieved unless pending customer action.

In the event that the manufacturer does not hold the item in warehouse stock the item will be placed on a back order, transit times to Australian dealers can vary between 4-8 weeks provided there are no delays from the supplier. Customers will be notified of back orders via nominated email address with the option to proceed with or receive a refund for back orders.

If an item is discontinued by the manufactuer, the customer will be notified of discontinued items via nominated email address. A refund for the item will be processed within 24 hours using the original payment method. 

Customers can check availability on all parts and accessories by calling the store on (08) 8725 0299 during business hours; Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 5.00PM, Saturday 9.00AM - 12PM Australian Central Standard Time. 

Any returns need to be approved by a team member before the part is sent back to our store. Any items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

Returns are only accepted on items that are faulty or do not match the order description.

We cannot accept returns due to 'change of mind' or incorrect part selection.

We cannot accept items where the packaging has been opened or where the product has already been installed on a vehicle.

There are no returns on electrical components as these may have sustained damage that is not visible externally.

Items must be returned to the store within 14 days of return approval by one of our team members for a refund to be processed. 

All returns are subject to a minimum $10.00 restocking fee and return postage is responsibility of the customer.

Payments made via PayPal / PayPal Express will be refunded via PayPal. 

Payments made via ANZ eGate will be refunded through ANZ to the account / card used to place the order.

2. In YEAR drop down menu select - the year your model was manufactured

3. In MODEL drop down menu select - the model code of your motorcycle

4. In ASSEMBLY drop down menu select - the specific section you require parts for

5. Select SEARCH

A list of all parts for the assembly will appear on the left of screen and a diagram of the assembly will appear on the right of screen

6. REF NO. - each part on the parts list has a reference number that matches up with each individual part on the diagram

7. NUMBER - is the HONDA OEM part number which is used to identify each part - please quote this part number when requesting availability

8. QTY. PER ASSEMBLY - is the number of parts that are in the assembly. For example, if the part quantity per assembly is 2 and you need 2  - please enter quantity to order total as 2

9. PRICE - Prices listed are per individual item  or a quantity of 1

10. QTY TO ORDER - This is the total number of a part you need. For example, if you require 2 o-rings of the same part number - please enter 2 as the total quantity to order
