Blue City Motorcycles has made every attempt to ensure the information provided on this domain is accurate to the best of our knowledge. All orders are deemed final, however Blue City Motorcycles reserves the right to cancel all or part of any order.

Order Cancellations
Cancellations are entirely at the discretion of Blue City Motorcycles, with all valid orders deemed final. If a customer wishes to cancel an order/item or change any items on their order, please contact the store within 24 hours via phone on (08) 8725 0299 or email at spares@bluecitymotorcycles.com.au

After 24 hours a restocking fee, plus any freight and handling charges incurred by Blue City Motorcycles, will be charged to you as a fee. This restocking fee is waived if the customer has been contacted by a team member regarding item availability pending a response for further action.

Back order items

If an item is out of stock instore and is unavailable from the supplier's Australian warehouse necessitating a back order, Blue City Motorcycles will notify the customer via email and await confirmation to either proceed with, or refund, the affected items. An ETA for back order availability will be provided in the notification though these are subject to change and are entirely dependant on supplier stock movements.

All back order items need to be actioned in a written format, either by responding to the original notification email or sending a new email. All back order items are considered specialty order items and once a customer agrees to proceed may not be cancelled, refunded or returned.

If the customer requests to split the order and have available items shipped before back ordered items arrive in store, an additional postage cost will apply. 

Part Selection Errors

Blue City Motorcycles provides OEM diagrams for customer convenience to aid part selection and to the best of our knowledge all information provided at bluecitymotorcycles.com.au is correct. The parts finder tool relies on customers having accurate information regarding their vehicle, and any prior modifications that may have taken place either under their or previous owners posession. Blue City Motorcycles cannot be held responsible for supplied items not suiting the vehicle due to incorrect details provided by the customer whether pertaining to year, model, trim etc.

Incorrectly supplied items

If the error is due to Blue City Motorcycles supplying a different part to what was ordered (supersession items excluded) we will send the correct item at no additional charge, pending the incorrect item being returned to the store in the original, unopened packaging and with no signs of use or damage.

Return Items

Any returns need to be approved by a team member before the item is sent back to the store. We will need to know the reason for return and possibly require photos before a return is deemed valid. Any items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.

Where the returning item is not the result of a manufacturing defect, fault, transit damage or incorrect supply, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee, plus any freight, postage or handling costs incurred by Blue City Motorcycles. Items will need to be returned with the original packaging unopened and undamaged in any way.

No return will be accepted after 14 days of dispatch. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers returning packages without a return authorisation will not be reimbursed for postage/freight charges.

It is recommended for all returning items to be sent via a registered service and provide a tracking number to reduce the risk of items being lost. Blue City Motorcycles will not be held responsible for any returning items being lost during transit between the customer and the store, or where transit damage occurs due to inadequate packaging of the returning item by the customer.

Freight Information

Customer orders are sent to their nominated shipping address via the shipping option selected at checkout. Blue City Motorcycles accepts no liability for an order not being received due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Oversize and/or overweight items may incur additional postage charges. Customers may pick up items in store during business hours in which case there will be no delivery charge.
